Zack is an experienced and knowledgeable guide who made our trip enjoyable and memorable. He was always well prepared and early and willing to make accommodations for our interests and challenges. When he became aware of how the bumpy roads affected my husband, he quickly made efforts to go slower and find the smoothest route.
