About Wayei Safaris, Our Story
Wayei Safaris derived it’s name from wayei tribe which originated from Okavango Delta as a nomadic people and they speak yei language with wa as people in early 1950s in Botswana.There are pastoral farmers rearing livestock and fishing in the Okavango Delta. The logo of Wayei Safaris which is vulture which represents the lifestyle of Wayei tribe and the customs, traditional systems of the Tswana tribe in the northern part of Botswana.
